The rooms are alright. TV, nice bed, the bathroom is just fine and has some sort of hair dryer. However, the location couldn't be worse. You could just go to the industrial zone of your city and get the same experience. The service is also terrible. The receptionists and the servers at the restaurant speak almost no English, so communication is non existent.
This beautiful hotel was surprisingly very nice with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and they even ordered for us to have food delivered, but it is not the nicest areas of Rome.

Extremely strange hotel. Almost no AC. Plan to sweat if you are desperate enough to go there. And they don't care that you sweat. They act like/or say that it is full. But it is empty. The lobby is always empty. The front desk guys act like they are busy, always looking at the computer, but I have no idea what they are looking at. I agree the breakfast is lacking. But the women are very nice.
The hotel is treasured in the lively city centre. The lovely staff welcomes you with a smile all through the day and is available for you in case you may require any kind of assistance. The aesthetic is astonishing, and the room (I booked a single room) was splendid (all the furnishings were antique pink). Highly recommended.
